Hi there, this is Livi… founder & owner of Boston Shaker Bar.

It’s quite amazing to think that I grew up living just around the corner from Buderim Waterfall Walk. It wasn’t known as a local tourist destination back then, it was simply my local playground & we spent hours immersed as kids. All these years later, it’s a local ‘must see’ rainforest destination that I cant wait to share with you & that I’d love you to experience. Enjoy!

Immerse Yourself in Nature

If you’re looking for a quick reboot from Mother Nature & you don’t have a lot of time spare, then without a doubt Buderim Waterfall Walk is the place to visit!
It’s quite uniquely located, in the fact that this secluded 45 hectare rainforest oasis, sits right in the heart of suburbia… & you’d never know it was there unless someone told you!

A beautiful Walk

The footpaths are well maintained, easy to follow & underfoot they vary between, timber, rock, dirt & even the odd branch.
Good footwear is recommended & be prepared to walk on uneven ground. With 2 separate walk entries, there’s one located via access from the top of Buderim & one located via access from the bottom (these locations are below)
There’s usually ample parking, picnic grassed areas & even BBQ facilities at both entries. ***Why not make a day of it?***

‘Fresh water cascades & meanders down through this stunning Queensland rainforest. Your senses will run wild, whether that’s listening to the native bird calls, staring up at the tall standing palm trees, or simply being cooled under the shade of the large over hanging ferns.’
