Jay Lambert sharing his invaluable knowledge

Jay Lambert from Campari (Campari Academy Ambassador QLD/NT), made a huge effort, by sharing his amazing & in-depth knowledge into the types of water that exist in our everyday life and see why certain types of water are championed in the production of the Spirits we know and love – starting with Bourbon & Wild Turkey.

Jay also dived into the history of water (and ice) and its crucial contribution to the development of modern cocktail culture and a facilitator of flavour delivery.

More Training Sessions Coming

Our Hospitality Training Sessions are a relatively new, & whilst we’ve only held a handful of them to date, they’re growing quickly in size with each event.

It’s great to meet new, & keep in touch with other local hospo’s on the Sunshine Coast & the greater Brisbane area. Learning all the intricacies of famous & iconic labels, testing & tasting various liquors, & being entertained by professionals in our industry.

We can’t thank everyone enough for making the effort to attend & we look forward to seeing you at our next Hospitality trainingSession here at Boston Shaker Bar.

Cheers, Livi.
